13 września 2017 roku braliśmy udział w XI Pikniku Integracyjnym Osób Niepełnosprawnych w Jordanowie, na zaproszenie Stowarzyszenia Trzeźwości „Dom” oraz Środowiskowego Domu Samopomocy w Jordanowie. Organizatorzy zapewnili nam dużo atrakcji w postaci: przedstawienia sztuki pt. „Ogrodnik i drzewa” w wykonaniu podopiecznych ŚDS z Jordanowa, pokazu motocyklistów z Klubu Motocyklowego „Riders of IPA” Nowy Targ, pokazu grupy tanecznej „Mega Mix” oraz zabawy tanecznej przy muzyce DJ Camelota. Zorganizowano wiele konkurencji sportowych, w których wygrywali nasi podopieczni m. inn. Bogdan Rybka, Iza Tuleja i Paweł Janik. Częstowano nas również napojami i ciastem a na obiad podano pyszny żurek. Największą atrakcją była loteria fantowa, w której nasi podopieczni wygrywali różne nagrody (zamszowe buty o wielu fasonach, radiobudziki, bieliznę firmy Samanta, bufy wypoczynkowe, filtry do wody). Każdy kupon brał udział w losowaniu głównych nagród. Osoby z naszej grupy miały wyjątkowe szczęście, bo terapeutka Krysia wylosowała weekend w spa w miejscowości Spytkowice a podopieczny Bartłomiej Gryglowski wygrał zaproszenie na Sylwestra w zajeździe „Przystań u Lipy” w Jordanowie. Dużym zainteresowaniem gości pikniku cieszyło się nasze stoisko z rękodziełem podopiecznych, którzy wykonali mydełka glicerynowe i różne prace plastyczne w ramach terapii zajęciowej.
