W piękny słoneczny dzień wyruszyliśmy w podróż w poszukiwaniu naszego wewnętrznego światła. Pod przewodnictwem utalentowanej Pani Aleksandry Dudziak – Majdańskiej nasi Uczestnicy poznawali doniosłą moc uśmiechu, poprawnej postawy ciała (umożliwiającej właściwe dotlenienie) i miłości – wyrażanej między innymi poprzez przytulanie.
Wszyscy mieliśmy okazję zatrzymać się na chwilę, wsłuchać w kojące dźwięki pięknej muzyki, rozluźnić i zrelaksować. Podczas warsztatów przypomnieliśmy sobie jak w prosty sposób stworzyć pozytywną atmosferę wokół siebie, jak wprowadzić się w stan dobrego samopoczucia.
